If you notice suspicious activity or unauthorized transactions or believe your account has been accessed without permission, take action immediately.

A customer service representative will ask you for detailed information regarding the suspicious activity and will guide you through additional steps designed to help protect your account.

• File a report with local law enforcement to create a record of the incident.
• File a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center, run by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for any cyber-enabled crimes at https://www.ic3.gov.
• Report mail fraud or theft to the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) at uspis.gov/report.
• Report incidences of fraud or scams with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/
